Game of Thrones Night vs. The Boston Red Sox
On July 8th, the Tampa Bay Rays will play host to the Boston Red Sox in what is currently a battle between the number two and number three teams in Major League Baseball’s American League East. This night is also designated as Game of Thrones night and will be commemorated by giving away Evan Longoria Game of Thrones themed bubbleheads to the first 15,000 fans through the gates. Whether you are a Rays fan, Game of Thrones fan, or just get a kick out of fun giveaways, you won’t want to miss this matchup on July 8th!
Celebrate Christmas in July this Summer
On July 23rd, make the short jaunt over to Tropicana Field to help the Rays celebrate Christmas in July. The game itself will be against the Texas Rangers, but the celebrations will be much more than that. To start, every child in attendance that is under 14 will receive a Chris Archer Emoji Pillow, presented by Moffitt Cancer Center. From there the fun and games will continue throughout the night, as the Rays fight to bring home another win!
Major League Baseball: A Perfect Family Outing
Baseball is an American tradition, and taking your kids to a Major League Baseball game is something they will never forget. What better time to do it then when you’re on vacation? This summer, while visiting hotels on Treasure Island, go watch the Rays take on the Baltimore Orioles on July 25th – a $2 Kids Tuesday event. On this day, kids 14 and under can get tickets for $2 with the purchase of a regular adult seat. If you cannot make it on July 25th, don’t fret! This special happens periodically throughout the summer. Keep your eyes on the website for the latest deals and promotions.
