Our friends Ashleigh and Pedro recently stayed with us at the Treasure Bay Hotel & Marina and made us blush with their sweet comments about our hotel and staff. They raved about our front desk staff member Haydee saying “this was the BEST customer service we have ever received at a hotel…She was just awesome, she really made our first impression an amazing one!”
The couple was saying in Treasure Island for their two year anniversary and their hotel stay just “put icing on the cake.” Just the day before the couple checked in at our hotel, Ashleigh called to see if there was a toaster oven in the guestroom and Haydee’s response was “No we do not have toaster’s in the rooms but I can sure try to get you one!” There was a toaster oven in the couple’s guestroom waiting on them when they arrived at the hotel.
The couple took full advantage of other guestroom amenities like the king sized bed, flat screen television, refrigerator with a freezer, coffee machine, and microwave. The “very very clean comfortable bed and pillows” were a favorite of the guests as well as the “awesome air condition!” The housekeeping service was also prompt and offered fresh towels each day.
The couple did not even have to get in their cars the entire four day trip because of all the nearby Tampa Bay tourist attractions. While we were sad to see the couple go, Ashleigh’s testimonial concludes with “Amazing job to Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina and the Staff especially Haydee who made our stay a wonderful one and one we will never forget!”
