Looking for the #1 Rated Ice Cream Shop according to Trip Advisor? Just steps from the Treasure Bay lobby is this classic spot, locally owned and known for friendly service and fun flavors. Make sure to try their homemade waffle cones. Our guests rave about their soft serve selections, sea salt caramel, rocky road and hot fudge brownie sundaes!

Candy Kitchen

This iconic landmark on Madeira Beach has something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Opened in 1950, Candy Kitchen is a family-owned and operated business that prides itself on making homemade ice cream, fudge, Italian ice and selling candies from your childhood. It’s part retro, totally amazeballs, and you’ve definitely got to try it. 

Ice and Cream Creamery

A short walk down Gulf Boulevard lands you in Treasure Island’s newest ice cream establishment, Ice and Cream Creamery. Their ice cream is freshly made in small batches using the best locally sourced ingredients that Florida has to offer. They offer a variety of fun mix-ins and surprising taste combinations like Butterscotch Bomb and Hawaiian Fruit Cup that will keep you coming back for more!

Larry’s Olde Fashioned Ice Cream and Gelato 

Larry’s has been a staple of St. Pete Beach for decades. It’s not only a landmark in its own right but also a generational favorite that never goes out of style. They’re famous for homemade waffle cones, super premium ice cream, authentic Italian gelato and fresh mini donuts. They now offer gluten-free and dairy-free items as well as brews and bites. 

Uptown Snowballs

Formed by five lifelong friends, Uptown Snowballs focuses on serving up quality New Orleans-style shaved ice products, premium ice creams and gourmet popsicles in a family atmosphere at an affordable price. Growing up in New Orleans, founder Louisiana Lee learned from the best snowball artists in the world. After years of perfecting his craft, he now brings his soon-to-be-legendary snowballs straight to the beach.

House of Sweets

With a history dating back to 1903, House of Sweets has been making premium chocolates, fudge, caramel, butter crunch and candies for decades. They will gladly create any milkshake, sundae or float you desire including banana splits. They have an extensive collection of chocolates in stock and delectable fudge made fresh in store with real dairy cream and butter.

Amish Creamery Company 

This creamery touts 87 flavors of Florida’s finest homemade Amish ice cream, which is hand-made with only the most natural ingredients. Check out their wonderful variety of Amish deli meats and cheeses, jarred goods, old-fashioned sodas, fudge, and many other authentic Amish-made products.

Twistee Treat

Twistee Treat is a unique ice cream shop that has been a landmark on St. Pete Beach for 30 years. They specialize in old-fashioned soft-serve ice cream, yogurt, Italian ice and other tasty treats. Choose from over 66 mouthwatering flavors and a delectable assortment of candy toppings, creamy milkshakes, super sundaes, and more than 100 snack items like chicken fingers and funnel cakes!  Voted “Best Ice Cream on the Beach,” you can find it by locating the giant soft-serve cone on Gulf Boulevard.

Paradise Sweets

A Pass-A-Grille hot spot since 2006, Paradise Sweets features 28 flavors of fresh local ice cream from Sutter’s Dairy in Sarasota and amazing coffee drinks as well as shaved ice. Their energizing refreshments include espresso shots, single-origin coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffee as well as real Hawaiian shaved ice, milkshakes and fresh fruit smoothies.
